El informe técnico tiene como objetivo general de diseñar un Cuadro de Mando Integral como herramienta de implementación de la política ambiental alineado en concordancia con la Política Integral para el Perfeccionamiento de la Informatización de la Sociedad en Cuba. Desarrolla una propuesta tecnológica para la informatización del CMI como plataforma nacional que incentive la generación de contenidos y garantice la posibilidad de socializarlos e implementa el módulo CMI en la plataforma InfoGEO con condiciones tecnológicas, respaldo y seguridad adecuados, como soporte al proceso de informatización del Sistema de Información Ambiental Nacional. Entre las conclusiones se platea que el CMI diseñado constituye una herramienta para la toma de decisiones sobre el quehacer ambiental nacional que evalúa resultados y establece las prioridades, con vistas a mejorar la protección del medio ambiente, la calidad de vida y el uso racional de los recursos naturales, en el contexto del desarrollo sostenible del país. The general objective of the technical report is to design a Balanced Scorecard as a tool for the implementation of environmental policy aligned in accordance with the Comprehensive Policy for the Improvement of the Computerization of Society in Cuba.
