Caracterización poblacional y socioeconómica de las unidades espaciales, presentes en los Consejos Populares Santa Fe, Siboney y Cubanacán. Principales usos y funciones territoriales

Abstract

El presente estudio toma en consideración una extensa área del litoral oeste, de los Consejos Populares Santa Fe, Siboney y Cubanacán, con el propósito de identificar las respectivas dinámicas sociales, económicas e infraestructurales; que históricamente se han caracterizado por mostrar un tipo específico de organización territorial de las respectivas unidades espaciales y paisajes. El área ha experimentado intensas transformaciones de las funciones y utilidades dadas en sus espacios urbanos y rururbanos; motivados por diversos impactos en los escenarios naturales y antrópicos; así como, cambios significativos relacionados con los servicios básicos: Salud, Educación, Deporte y Cultura. Se utilizaron materiales como: Fotografías territoriales 1956 y 2019, Datos Territoriales y Mapas a Escala 1:2000. Los métodos generales empleados fueron: Cartográficos (escala 1:2000), Fotos Aéreas, el Análisis de Contenido, Método Cuantitativo para el análisis de los datos territoriales, la Observación No Participante y el Estadístico- Descriptivo, conociéndose el valor de la información estadística. This study takes into consideration an extensive area of the west coast, of the Santa Fe, Siboney and Cubanacán Popular Councils, with the purpose of identifying the respective social, economic and infrastructural dynamics; that historically have been characterized by showing a specific type of territorial organization of the respective spatial units and landscapes. The area has undergone intense transformations of the functions and utilities present in its urban and rural spaces; motivated by diverse impacts in the natural and anthropic scenarios; as well as significant changes related with the basic services: Health, Education, Sport and Culture. Materials such as: Territorial Photographs 1956 and 2019, Territorial Data and 1:2000 Scale Maps were used. The general methods used were: Cartographic (scale 1:2000), Aerial Photos, Content Analysis, Quantitative Method for the analysis of territorial data, Non Participant Observation and the Statistical-Descriptive, knowing the value of the statistical information.
