| dc.description.abstract | A partir del Proyecto “ECOSISTEMAS” se realizó el diseño y montaje de la exposición: “El mundo de las epífitas” en el Museo de Historia Natural Tranquilino Sandalio de Noda. Un grupo multidisciplinario diseñó la museología y museografía de la exposición en sesiones de trabajo metodológico y profundización teórica. Se elaboraron los objetivos, la información científica y los textos. e realizaron expediciones de colecta de epífitas: orquídeas, helechos y bromelias en el Parque Nacional Guanahacabibes, el Jardín Botánico de Pinar del Río y en el Orquideario de Soroa. Se clasificaron las plantas (exponentes). El montaje se realizó en dos secciones: la terraza (donde se expusieron ejemplares vivos) y en la galería (con fotos y dibujos científicos). Esta sala refleja la estructura física y orgánica de los ecosistemas de epífitas, su dinámica de vida, y la relación interdependiente entre los organismos y su medio físico y biológico. Se brinda información científica actualizada sobre la ecología de las epifitas y se resalta el valor de la actitud humana, consecuente con las exigencias para la supervivencia y la sostenibilidad de los ecosistemas donde se desarrolla el epifitismo. La exhibición ha permitido acercar al público al museo, al mundo de las epífitas y a su cuidado y conservación. La evaluación de los impactos de la exposición refleja la satisfacción de los visitantes. La exposición constituye una alternativa didáctico-educativa, que favorece el enriquecimiento de la cultura, la conciencia y la sensibilidad del público en materia ambiental. From the Project "ECOSYSTEMS" the design and assembly of the exhibition was carried out: "The world of the epiphytes" in the Natural History Museum Tranquilino Sandalio de Noda. A multidisciplinary group designed the museology and museography of the exhibition in sessions of methodological work and theoretical deepening. The objectives, the scientific information and the texts were elaborated. and they made expeditions to collect epiphytes: orchids, ferns and bromeliads in the Guanahacabibes National Park, the Botanical Garden of Pinar del Río and the Soroa Orchid. The plants (exponents) were classified. The assembly was carried out in two sections: the terrace (where live specimens were exhibited) and in the gallery (with photos and scientific drawings). This room reflects the physical and organic structure of epiphytic ecosystems, their life dynamics, and the interdependent relationship between organisms and their physical and biological environment. It provides updated scientific information on the ecology of epiphytes and highlights the value of human attitude, consistent with the demands for survival and sustainability of the ecosystems where epiphyticism develops. The exhibition has allowed to bring the public closer to the museum, to the world of epiphytes and to their care and conservation. The evaluation of the impacts of the exhibition reflects the satisfaction of the visitors.
