Propuesta de un Sistema de Gestión por el Conocimiento en la asignatura Teoría y Política Ambiental

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma se realizó en la Universidad de Matanzas Camilo Cienfuegos, con el título “Propuesta de un Sistema de Gestión por el Conocimiento en la asignatura Teoría y Política Ambiental”. Tiene como objetivo determinar en la asignatura Teoría y Política Ambiental los elementos claves para la realización de la Gestión por el Conocimiento, proponiendo las acciones que correspondan. Como resultado de este trabajo se obtiene un Mapa de Conocimiento de la asignatura Teoría y Política Ambiental, a través de la utilización del software InfoRapid KnowledgeMap, relacionando las principales fuentes de conocimiento. Se demostró que la utilización de la Gestión por el Conocimiento no solo constituye una herramienta para las ciencias empresariales sino también para la gestión educativa. Mediante la investigación se detecta que existe una grieta significativa tanto en variedad como en actualidad entre las fuentes de conocimientos detectadas y las existentes en la Universidad de Matanzas. The present thesis was carried out in the University of Matanzas in the thematic of Administration for the Knowledge, with the title of Proposal of a system of Administration for the Knowledge in the asignature´´Theory and Environmental Politics´´. Has as objective to determine in the discipline – asignature ´´Theory and Environmental Politics´´ the key elements for the materialization of the Administration for the Knowledge, proposing the actions that correspond. As a result of this work a Map of Knowledge of the subject study object is obtained through the use of the software InfoRapidKnowledgeMap, where is related the main sources of knowledge. It was demonstrated that the use of the Administration for the Knowledge besides constituting a tool for the managerial sciences is also it for the educational Administration. By means of the investigation it is detected that a significant breach exists as much in variety as in present time between the detected sources of knowledge and the existent ones in the University of Matanzas.
