Anatomía de la madera de Myricaceae en Cuba: consideraciones ecológicas

Abstract

Morfología, anatomía del xilema secundario, hábitat y algunas características ecológicas de las Myricaceae en Cuba: Myrica cacuminis Britt. & Wils.; Myrica punctata Griseb., Myrica shaferi Urb. & Britt., y Myrica cerífera L. se describen. De acuerdo a los valores del índice numérico denominado vulnerabilidad y mesomorfia, se mostró el rango de las características ecológicas de las maderas de esta especie. The morphology, anatomy of the secondary xylem, habitat, and sorne ecological features of the Myricaceae in Cuba: Myrica cacuminis Britt. & Wils.; Myrica punctata Griseb., Myrica shaferi Urb. & Britt., and Myrica cerífera L. are described. According to the values of the numerical index called vulnerability and mesomorphy, it was shown the range of the ecological features of the woods of this species. (sic)
