Resumen
Las metas previstas en el Proyecto se cumplieron en calidad y cantidad, tal como se muestra en el cuerpo del informe. El fortalecimiento de capacidades, un concepto básico de éste primer Proyecto del CPP, se relacionó con la formación de capacidades institucionales al nivel nacional y local de manera que se facilitara la ejecución del resto de los Proyectos. Más que un listado de materiales, se concibió un engranaje de herramientas y de conocimientos necesarios para la implementación del MST en Cuba. The goals foreseen in the Project were met in quality and quantity, as shown in the body of the report. The strengthening of capacities, a basic concept of this first Project of the CPP, was related to the formation of institutional capacities at the national and local level in order to facilitate the execution of the rest of the Projects. More than a list of materials, a gear of tools and knowledge necessary for the implementation of the MST in Cuba was conceived
