Nuevas alternativas en el tratamiento del pie diabético con productos naturales

Abstract

Se realizó una exhaustiva investigación acerca de la diabetes y de las consecuencias principales de esta y en particular lo concerniente al pie diabético y las diferentes alternativas en el tratamiento de este problema. Se presentan las acciones hechas con el fin de acelerar la cicatrización de las heridas en las personas diabéticas para evitar infecciones que pueden llegar a provocar futuras amputaciones que afecten la calidad de vida de los pacientes que padecen diabetes mellitus. An exhaustive investigation was carried out about diabetes and its main consequences and in particular regarding the diabetic foot and the different alternatives in the treatment of this problem. Actions taken in order to accelerate wound healing in diabetic people are presented to avoid infections that can lead to future amputations that affect the quality of life of patients suffering from diabetes mellitus (sic).
