Integración de la dimensión ambiental a la planificación del desarrollo.

Abstract

Los índices como el Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) -pese a sus imperfecciones- se utilizan para medir la actividad económica realizada a través de los mercados; y en esta función técnica son legítimos, e incluso se consideran por muchos imprescindibles. Por el contrario, y como economistas críticos y ecologistas han señalado reiteradamente, no sirven en absoluto como indicadores del bienestar humano y ecológico. En este artículo se comentan diferentes tareas que son llevadas a cabo a escala mundial y nacional dirigida hacia la integración de la información medio ambiental y económica y de cómo medio ambientalmente ajustar los agregados del producto nacional. The indexes as the Gross National Product (GNP) -spite to their imperfections - they are used to measure the economic activity carried out through the markets; and in this technical function they are legitimates, and they are even considered by many indispensables. On the contrary, as critical economists and environmentalists have pointed out reiterating, they don't serve as indicators of the human and ecological welfare. In this paper different tasks are commented that are carried out to world and national scale directed to integrate environmental and economical information and also to environmentally adjust the national product aggregates.
