La nueva universidad y el gobierno en la construcción de un complejo de actores para el desarrollo local en Yaguajay.

Abstract

Este artículo pretende reflejar la influencia positiva de la articulación del gobierno y la Sede Universitaria Municipal (SUM) de Yaguajay en el desarrollo social basado en el conocimiento que se construye en el municipio. Asimismo, el papel del gobierno como núcleo central dinamizador de las interrelaciones entre las redes de actores locales formando un complejo con la educación superior; el conocimiento, la ciencia y la innovación tecnológica. Se destaca la experiencia de la SUM en la inserción dentro de la dinámica del territorio para contribuir al desarrollo; a partir de la implementación de un proyecto de innovación tecnológico donde intervienen varias instituciones docentes y científicas del país. El mencionado proyecto ha servido para acelerar el desarrollo que se gestiona en el municipio convirtiéndose en el macroproyecto de la institución que ya cuenta con una cartera propia de estos, mostrándose los resultados que se están obteniendo con su implementación. This article aims to reflect the positive influence of the articulation of the Government and the Municipal University Headquarters (SUM) of Yaguajay on social development based on the knowledge that is built in the municipality. In addition, the role of the Government as a dynamic core of the interrelations between networks of local actors forming a complex with higher education; the knowledge, the science and the innovation technology. Is highlights the experience of the SUM in the inclusion within the dynamic of the territory to contribute to the development; starting from the implementation of a project of innovation technology where involved several institutions teaching and scientific of the country. The project has served to accelerate the development is manages in the municipality making is in the macro of the institution that already has with a portfolio own of these, showing is them results that are are getting with its implementation.
