El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo discutir los preceptos de partida y la estructura organizativa de un proyecto para Implementar, en la Cuenca AlmendaresVento, un Sistema Información Territorial para la Formación de Recursos Humanos en la esfera de la Gestión Ambiental, Para cumplir con los objetivos propuestos fue necesario estructurar los aspectos correspondientes a la dinámica de la propia formación en Educación Ambiental, además de la estructura organizativa de Sistema de Información Territorial incluyendo la implementación de Sistema de Información Geográfica (SIG). Se brinda una breve caracterización de la problemática ambiental de la cuenca y se mencionan los resultados alcanzados hasta el momento.
