Abstract

Esta obra enriquece el conocimiento sobre las aguas mineromedicinales de la región de Madruga por su contribución al desarrollo histórico, social y cultural de la localidad. Se trata de un estudio integrador que abarca aspectos relacionados con las características del recurso, la protección del yacimiento y sus aplicaciones terapéuticas. Su objetivo es dar a conocer, la importancia sobre la composición, principales indicaciones, contraindicaciones y los efectos sobre el organismo humano de las aguas mineromedicinales como agente terapéutico mejorador del estado de salud de la población a quien va dirigida.This work enriches the knowledge about the mineral-medicinal waters of the Madruga region for its contribution to historical, social and cultural development of the locality.
