Algunas consideraciones del agua y el territorio: altos centrales de Morelos de la Cuenca del Río Yautepe

Abstract

La comprensión del territorio en su dimensión socio-ambiental, implica conocer y distinguir aspectos geo-referenciales, aspectos geo-políticos y aspectos geo-históricos, sobre todo cuando se refiere del agua y el territorio, las referencias obligadas geográficamente son el río y el ecosistema que lo acompañan, pero articulando lo histórico y lo político, tenemos que conocer los pueblos y grupos sociales que están habitando en ella. Por ello en este trabajo presentaremos desde la experiencia de un estudio de caso en los altos centrales de Morelos de la cuenca del río Yautepec, la importancia de la referencia al territorio, la cuenca. En esta ponencia se presentaran variables empíricas de la región de los altos de Morelos, en relación a la temática de uso y manejo del agua comprendiendo espacios históricos desde hace unos cincuenta años hasta la fecha y se confrontaran con la revisión teórica del concepto territorio. Por ello también se analizaran algunos elementos de datos de infraestructura relacionados con la metodología de trabajo en la cuenca lo que nos ayuda a dar cohesión al concepto de territorio, y a las acciones de algunos pueblos, explicando que es la fase uno de un trabajo que seguirá para poder dejar más clara dimensión socio-ambiental se articula con la construcción de la cuenca como territorio.
