Abstract

El trabajo analiza cómo las mujeres del estado de Guerrero perciben y se representan la pobreza2. El interés del estudio es conocer cómo las mujeres viven sus condiciones de privación, cómo las perciben y construyen representaciones a partir de su experiencia específica como mujeres y desde las relaciones de género. Cómo las interpretaciones subjetivas influyen o condicionan estrategias para potenciar o profundizar las condiciones objetivas de vida. Permite a través de la voz de las mujeres conocer los procesos cotidianos de la pobreza y cómo pueden deteriorar las relaciones familiares y sociales. Al mismo tiempo los factores potenciadores, en el sentido de generadores de estrategias creativas para mitigar los efectos de las condiciones reales.
