Valoración de la sostenibilidad ambiental, social y económica del municipio de Matanzas. Caso de estudio: Centro histórico de la ciudad.

Abstract

Esta investigación se sustenta en la sostenibilidad del Centro histórico de la Ciudad de Matanzas, categoría que constituye el objeto de estudio, su desarrollo se basa en un enfoque holístico, al sistematizar los elementos teóricos existentes así como, diagnosticar con el empleo de diferentes técnicas y herramientas como: Método de experto y Diagrama de Ishikawa, los problemas que en el Centro existen en las tres dimensiones de la sostenibilidad, lo ambiental , lo social y lo económico, lo cual constituye el campo de acción. Tiene como objetivo Valorar la sostenibilidad ambiental, social y económica que caracteriza al Centro histórico de la Ciudad de Matanzas, el mismo permitirá lograr que una vez conocidos y ampliado el conjunto de afectaciones al Centro, se tenga en cuenta a la hora de tomar decisiones a nivel gubernamental y empresarial y se tome en consideración en la planificación del presupuesto con destino a las inversiones necesarias que dan solución a la problemática planteada. This investigation is sustained in the sustainability of the historical Center of the City of Matanzas, category that constitutes the study object, its development is based on a holistic focus, when systematizing the existent theoretical elements as well as, to diagnose with the employment of different technical and tools like: Expert's method and Diagram of Ishikawa, the problems that exist in the three dimensions of the sustainability in the Center, the environmental thing, the social thing and the economic thing, that which constitutes the action field. He/she has as objective to Value the environmental, social and economic sustainability that characterizes to the historical Center of the City of Matanzas, the same one it will allow to achieve that once known and extended the group of affectations to the Center, one keeps in mind when making decisions at government and managerial level and take in consideration in the planning of the budget going to the necessary investments that give solution to the outlined problem.
