Abstract

El presente Reglamento tiene como objeto establecer dentro del Sistema de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, en lo adelante, “Sistema”, el funcionamiento de sus componentes; el potencial científico y tecnológico, las prioridades y la planificación y financiamiento de las actividades de ciencia, tecnología e innovación y del sistema de programas y proyectos. The purpose of this Regulation is to establish within the Science, Technology and Innovation System, hereinafter "System", the operation of its components; the scientific and technological potential, the priorities, and the planning and financing of science, technology and innovation activities and the system of programs and projects.
