Comportamiento de los frentes fríos que han afectado a la provincia de Santiago de Cuba en la temporada invernal 2005-2006 hasta 2018-2019.

Abstract

Analizar el comportamiento de los sistemas frontales que han afectado a la provincia de Santiago de Cuba es el objetivo fundamental de la presente investigación. Se analizaron sus clasificaciones, atendiendo a los tipos y categorías determinando los meses de mayor y menor frecuencia además de los meses con mayor acumulado durante el paso de un Frente frío dentro de la temporada invernal del periodo de estudio. La base de datos utilizada fue la del centro de pronóstico Santiago de Cuba de las temporadas invernales 2005-2006 hasta 2018-2019 y los resúmenes mensuales del Instituto de Meteorología fueron con los que se trabajó además de los datos de precipitación de la Estación de Contramaestre la cual fue proporcionada por el departamento de Meteorología Aplicada de Santiago de Cuba. Todos los procesamientos de los datos se realizaron con el Microsoft Excel al igual que los gráficos que en el cuerpo del trabajo se reflejan fueron obtenidos del procesamiento de los datos durante el desarrollo de la investigación.
