El presente artículo tiene por objeto analizar la dinámica socioambiental en el municipio de Iporanga-SP (Valle del Ribeira). El principio que estructura el trabajo es el desarrollo económico local, en que se parte de la hipótesis de que en el municipio de Iporanga la agenda ambiental es una herramienta política y técnica, que puede viabilizar el desarrollo del municipio, sin que con ello, las tradiciones locales se rompieron o re-funcionalizadas por procesos de consumo del espacio-naturaleza-patrimonio, que generalmente ocurre con áreas de elevado potencial turístico, el recorte empírico que es el municipio, permite el desarrollo de algunos ejes de reflexión que se mezclan en la constitución del trabajo. The purpose of this article is to analyze the socio-environmental dynamics in the municipality of Iporanga-SP (Valle del Ribeira).
