La Práctica de campo en la formación del profesor general integral: reto en la formación pedagógica contemporánea.

La Práctica de Campo (Excursión geográfica) es una de las formas de organización del proceso docente de la especialidad de Geografía y/o Biología y/o de las Ciencias Naturales, afines con las variantes educativas que existen en el sistema educacional cubano en la actualidad. La experiencia del autor procede de los Institutos Superiores Pedagógicos, durante algo más de veinte años. En este momento, estas instituciones trascienden por nuevas experiencias pedagógicas, diferente en el sistema de conocimientos y en el perfil del graduado. La Practica de Campo (PC), como forma de organización del proceso docente, constituye una importante vía para el conocimiento de nuestra ciencia (Geografía) y el desarrollo de habilidades del más amplio espectro, en particular, las profesionales de nuestro campo. Especial significado alcanza, por la formación integral del personal pedagógico y de la ciencia. Su trascendencia educativa responde a las expectativas de la sociedad cubana contemporánea. La historia de realización de las Prácticas de Campo, en las Carreras de Biología y Geografía, de los Institutos Superiores Pedagógicos, data de más de 30 años, con el estudio de localidades notables –por su Geografía (en nuestro caso) a lo largo y ancho de nuestro Archipiélago. The Field Practice (Geographical Excursion) is one of the forms of organization of the teaching process of the specialty of Geography and / or Biology and / or Natural Sciences, related to the educational variants that exist in the Cuban educational system today. .
