| dc.description.abstract | La Práctica de Campo (Excursión geográfica) es una de las formas de organización del proceso docente de la especialidad de Geografía y/o Biología y/o de las Ciencias Naturales, afines con las variantes educativas que existen en el sistema educacional cubano en la actualidad. La experiencia del autor procede de los Institutos Superiores Pedagógicos, durante algo más de veinte años. En este momento, estas instituciones trascienden por nuevas experiencias pedagógicas, diferente en el sistema de conocimientos y en el perfil del graduado. La Practica de Campo (PC), como forma de organización del proceso docente, constituye una importante vía para el conocimiento de nuestra ciencia (Geografía) y el desarrollo de habilidades del más amplio espectro, en particular, las profesionales de nuestro campo. Especial significado alcanza, por la formación integral del personal pedagógico y de la ciencia. Su trascendencia educativa responde a las expectativas de la sociedad cubana contemporánea.
