Resultados preliminares de la interpretación del levantamiento magnético de los mares que circundan a Cuba

Abstract

Se informan los resultados preliminares en la interpretación de los levantamientos magnéticos marinos realizados en Cuba, en 1973 y 1975. Las profundidades se obtuvieron mediante la modificación de Veinberg del método de las tangentes. Los resultados obtenidos se comparan con la información existente acerca de las estructuras geotectónicas del territorio cubano. The preliminary results are reported in the interpretation of the marine magnetic surveys carried out in Cuba, in 1973 and 1975. The depths were obtained by means of the Veinberg modification of the tangent method. The results obtained are compared with the existing information about the geotectonic structures of the Cuban territory
