Abstract

The project set out to develop proposals for restoration programs in degraded sites in the semi-arid zone of the Guantanamo province; by characterizing the natural and socio-economic resources of the study area; the development of restoration plan proposals in the selected areas; and the establishment of an environmental education system that allows producers and villagers to be linked to restoration work.
