| dc.description.abstract | En esta publicación se describe el primer hibrido natural del género Coccothrinax (C. ×angelae D. Suárez). Después de las revisiones de herbario y bibliográfica, unido a varios viajes de campo en la región sureste de la provincia de Cienfuegos, realizados entre 1999 y 2010 se comprobó la existencia de este híbrido. In this paper the first natural hybrid of this genus Coccothrinax (C. ×angelae D. Suárez) is described. After revisions herbarium and literature, joined several field trips to the southeast region of the Cienfuegos province, made between 1999 and 2010 the existence of this nototaxon was confirmed.
