Se describe e ilustra una especie de rodófitos que constituye un nuevo registro para Cuba. El material fue colectado durante el estudio de las comunidades bentónicas, en la plataforma SW de Cuba, durante 1981-1984. Con este reporte se amplía el área de distribución del género Corynomorpha en el Mar Caribe. A species of Cuban rodophytes is described and illustrated. The material was collected during the study of the benthic communities on the Southwestern shelf of Cuba, during 1981-1984.
